A super formative album for me. I was a budding young guitarist and metal enthusiast and this album was like nothing I'd ever heard, and in some ways I've never heard anything like it again.

Maybe a top 10 album for me of all time. If we're talking heavy music only, then definitely. I'm lucky to have seen them live just shortly before the album came out (I wanna say they even had a live keyboardist at the time) and then 10 years later got to see them play the album in its entirety.
