If there's one Dead Note release that I don't expect anyone to know, it's this one. I found these guys back in the mid 00s when I was actively into power metal and also actively a Christian. On the surface level I think these guys might sound like any other power metal band but oh my god the riffs. I think Jani is one of the most underrated guitarists in the metal scene. He's had his hand in so many different projects and never disappoints, from black metal, to power metal, to tech death and even djent. I think you might need a high tolerance of cheese to enjoy this one, what with the power metal vocals and super Christian lyrics, but this is one release that's stuck with me all these years later and I think still holds up.
